CEO & Event Manager
Monica founded the company that became Ethero Events in 2012. Monica used her talent and passion for design and creativity for many years in various capacities, but it was after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) that she decided to launch her own business.
Team role: As the lead event planner Monica is responsible for coordinating the work of the Ethero team, managing quality assurance, event expenses, sponsorship management, on-site event management and ensuring that all the deliverables for the events are achieved.
Event & Association Manager
Jocelyne has been working in event management and administrative processes for nearly 10 years and has a strong background in marketing and public relations. She has worked in the public, private and non-profit sectors and is a process-driven person. Need help creating a new system for your event? Can’t figure out how to organize your files? Want to talk technology? Jocelyne is your gal. She is also fluently bilingual and would be happy to provide service en français.
Team role: Jocelyne is the Association Manager for the Professional Property Managers Association and manages events for multiple clients. She also maintains various social media accounts and websites, and troubleshoots where ever she’s needed.
Eric is an entrepreneur and loves being a part of Winnipeg’s art and culture scene. He has a strong background in promotions, retail, branding and is a social media monster. His fresh ideas and connections, combined with his knowledge of the city and its players, makes him a great asset to the Ethero team.
Team role: Eric supports Ethero’s events with logistics, sponsorship and all the details that make our events so special.
